I can never say enough good stuff about MailChimp. As web developers, we work with a variety of different services that our clients use, and that includes mass emailing solutions. Out of all of them, MailChimp is by far the best, the easiest, and, in a lot of cases, completely free. We switched from a self-hosted solution to MailChimp a couple years ago and haven’t looked back since.
